If you wish to attend the EPF Congress as media, please send you credentials to [email protected]. They will be checked and upon approval you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the EPF Congress.
EPF Congress Dinner - €60 (excl 21% VAT)
A 3-course dinner is organised on the evening of 23 June at the Double Tree Hotel. The dinner can be purchased during registration for Corporate, Non-Profit, Patient Advocates as well as Media. For all other categories the dinner is included.
EPF Congress 2022 will take place from 23 to 24 of June 2022 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Brussels, Belgium, in a live-streamed format.
EPF Congress 2022 will also take place online via the event platform. A few days before the EPF Congress, you will receive an email with your login credentials to access the event platform. On 23 June, the first day of the Congress, you will have full access to the virtual environment and the plenary sessions. Recordings of the plenary sessions will be made available for on-demand viewing until 6 months after the event.
The deadline to confirm a virtual booth has now been closed.
To join the EPF Congress you will only be required to have a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection. Headsets are recommended for the ideal viewing and networking experience.
Situated on Place Rogier, the venue is just 15 minutes’ walk from must-see destinations and the International Airport is only a 20 minute taxi ride away. Self-parking is available.

A few days before the EPF Congress, you will receive an email with more information to access the event.
Discounted room rates have been negotiated for you, and availability secured. Rooms are available from Wednesday 22 June till Friday 24 June, 2022. The rates are per single occupied double room, in EUR, per night, breakfast, vat (6%) and service included. City tax excluded, 4,24 EUR per room, per night, VAT (6%) included. Rates are guaranteed until 1 June 2022. After this date, rates will be proposed based on availability.
