Aleks oversees Government Affairs for J&J MedTech EMEA, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders to advance system reforms such as patient pathway changes, new cancer screening programs introduction, and improved treatment delivery. Previously, she led regional initiatives at J&J Innovative Medicines focused on healthcare system development and value-based care.
Before joining J&J in January 2017, Aleks worked with the GSK vaccines in global public health efforts and market access.
Aleks has 18 years diverse experience form industry, governmental organisations, and NGOs. She started her career in the governmental organizations, including the Polish embassy in Germany and the German Parliament.
A purpose-driven leader, Aleks strongly encourages multi-stakeholders’ cooperation to serve patients and improve health for all. She is passionate about putting the patients’ needs first, strengthening the performance of healthcare systems and developing talent.
Aleks obtained a master’s degree in the EU law from the law department of the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan (Poland).
