Dr Morfouace received her PhD in Nantes (France), then moved to St Jude Research Children’s Hospital (Memphis, TN, USA), for a postdoctoral position on translational research in pediatric neuro-oncology. She started to work for the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC, Brussels, Belgium), on the SPECTA program, a pan-European translation research platform to lead projects such as Arcagen focusing on molecular profiling for rare cancers or IMMUcan (IHI funding) on tumor micro-environment. She recently joined Gustave Roussy (Villejuif, France) to drive translational research projects including some work on liquid biopsy.
