Christian Terreaux is pharmacist by training and obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Lausanne (Switzerland). After a post-doctoral stay at University of Tübingen (Germany), he had different academic teaching and research positions at the University of Lausanne, before joining the pharmaceutical industry in the Vifor Pharma group in 2003. With more than 20 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, R&D, he is acting now as Public Affairs Director at OM Pharma. In this role, Christian Terreaux is creating awareness around the importance of strategies of prevention of infections from a public health perspective and is actively engaging with policy makers, industry organizations and patient organizations.
