Luca has 25 years of experience in the Health Care industry. He joined MSD in 2014 as Head of Market Access & Pricing for the EUCAN, MER and EEMEA regions to support the launch of the Oncology Portfolio and in 2021 he took on the broader responsibility across the portfolio for the EUCAN Market Access Region. Starting from October 2022, Luca is leading the International Market Access team reporting to Avi BenShoshan.
In the past, Luca has worked for Ethicon Endo Surgery (J&J) at their EU HQ in Hamburg and as Access Director at Amgen in different global, regional, and local roles based in Thousand Oaks, Zug (Switzerland) and the U.K.
Luca started his career in Italy, where he held various positions in consultancy companies focusing mainly on Health Care, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device businesses.
Luca holds a degree in Political Science at Milan University and M.Sc. in Health Management and Policy at Bocconi University in Milan.
